DUBLIN, February 27, 2019 (Newswire.com) – Accuris Networks, a leading provider of roaming, interworking and convergence solutions for the global telecommunications market and Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of eNAC Captive Portal and Network Access Server Version 2.4 with Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5.5.
To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements to ensure solutions successfully and reliably meet the needs and priorities of the customers. The eNAC server enables inquires to Oracle Hospitality OPERA to check room occupancy and enable search by room number or guest name. Additional room postings by total amount are sent to Oracle Hospitality OPERA and handle individual postings for each occupant in the room.
“Achieving Oracle Validated Integration gives our customers confidence that the Accuris Networks’ integration with Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5.5 is functionally sound and performs as tested,” said David Hicks, vice president, Worldwide ISV Cloud Business Development and Marketing, Oracle. “For solutions deployed on-premises, in the cloud, or both, Oracle Validated Integration applies a rigorous technical review and test process that helps to reduce deployment risk and improves the user experience of the partner’s integrated offering.”
“Accuris and IT&E deployed the very first eNAC – Oracle Hospitality OPERA 5.5 integrated Wi-Fi portal platform in the Marianas in 2018 allowing for a seamless Wi-Fi user experience. IT&E’s vision is to offer and make carrier-grade Passpoint-capable Wi-Fi services available to the hospitality industry in their region. This was made possible by the successful deployment of a fully integrated solution from Accuris Networks, Oracle and IT&E,” stated Mark Badal, CIO for IT&E.
“Accuris Networks’ recent Oracle Validated Integration further extends our commitment to the Oracle community and enables customers to easily reap the benefits of the Accuris eNAC Captive Portal”, stated Malachy McGuinness, VP Operations for Accuris Networks.
